Moon Days
It is tradition in Mysore to observe the days of the new and full moon as a "yoga holiday", allowing the body to take an extra rest from the rigours of practice. There will be no Mysore classes on these days at AYT.
All guided classes will run as scheduled unless otherwise noted.
